NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT the Board of Trustees of the above named School District will be meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Gooding School District Administration Offices located at 1050 7^th Avenue West, Gooding, Idaho.

The following business will be conducted:

• To hear possible solutions to financial problems of the district and potential declaration of financial emergency

This Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the above named school district is called pursuant to notice required by Sections 33-510 and 67-2343, Idaho Code.
