SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT the Board of Trustees of the above named School District will be meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Administration Office 507 Idaho Street, Gooding, ID  83330

The following business will be conducted:

• Approval of Budget for 2014-2015
• Accept the resignation of Trustee Anderson and declare her seat vacant effective June 10, 2014
• Accept the resignation of Trustee Rogers and delcare her seat vacant effective June 10, 2014
• Executive Session:  Under Idaho Code 67-2345 (a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.

This Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the above named school district is called pursuant to notice required by Sections 33-510, Idaho Code.
