SPECIAL BOARD MEETING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT the Board of Trustees of the above named School District will be meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Administration Office 507 Idaho Street, Gooding, ID  83330

The following business will be conducted:

• Budget Amendment Hearing 2014-2015
• Budget Hearing 2015-2016

• Approval of Budget Amendment 2014-2015
• Approval of Budget 2015-2016

• Approval of Coaches job descriptions:  Bball -Head Freshman;Bball-Head JV; Bball-Head Varsity; Bowling-Head Varsity;Cheer-Asst Varsity;Cheer-Head Varsity; Football-Head Varsity; Football-Assistant; Game Manager; Golf-Asst Varsity; Golf -Head Varsity; Middle School Athletic Director; Soccer-Asst Varsity;Soccer -Head Varsity; Softball-Asst Varsity; Softball -Head Varsity;Tennis-Head Varsity;Track Asst Sub Varsity; Track-Head Varsity; Vbal-Head Freshmen;Vball-Head Varsity;Vball-Head JV; Wrestling-Asst Varsity; Wrestling-Head Varsity; XC-Assist Sub Varsity; XC-Head Varsity 

• Executive Session:  Under Idaho Code 67-2345  (f) To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for ending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.  The mere presence of legal counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement.

This Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the above named school district is called pursuant to notice required by Sections 33-510, Idaho Code.
