NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT the Board of Trustees of the above named School District will be meeting on Thursday, May 10, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at Gooding School District Administration Offices located at 1050 7^th Avenue West, Gooding, Idaho.

The following business will be conducted:

• Vote to approve negotiations with GEA for the 2010-2011 school year

This Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the above named school district is called pursuant to notice required by Sections 33-510 and 67-2343, Idaho Code.
