As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the ISBA Fall Region Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.

No meeting of the Board will be held.  Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
