QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT GOODING SCHOOLS RETIREMENT CELEBRATION

As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees/Directors in attendance at Gooding Schools Retirement Celebration.  Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.

            Date: May 29, 2019.  4:15 pm

            Location:  GOODING HIGH SCHOOL MULTI-USE ROOM

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.

No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
