QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE FOR FACILITY TOUR

As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees/Directors in attendance for a facility tour.  Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.

            Location:  GOODING HIGH SCHOOL AND GOODING ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.

No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
